We bought a washing machine and exactly 1 week after the warranty ended the machine stopped working. We went to singer to get it fixed and agreed to stand the cost. The representative there gave us the number for the technician Sheldon to call and he NEVER answered it returned the calls. We found out that quite a few persons had the same issues and were given his number and NONE of them got through to him. Maybe we should just pay a Courts technician to fix it
