When you find a medical facility that makes you feel like home especially when your far away from home keep it...... The nurses are amazing especially Nurse Reid she is such a sweetheart, she knows exactly what to say at the right moment to make you feel better 😄. And because I save the best for last to Dr .S. Jones your such an amazing, kind, caring and a very attentive doctor who take the time out to listen to his patients, you gave me hope and made me believe that together we will overcome and that we did 💪🏽 I pray 🙏 God continue to bless you and your staff abundantly and that you'll keep up the awesome job you are doing 👍🏼 Happy holidays from my home to yours 🎄🎊🙌

Firstly, I must say I've been there twice and out of all the medical centers here in Montego Bay, Trinity Mall Center is where I get the best cutomer services from both nurse and doctor's,the nurses are very calm,kind and jovial the doctors take time to find out what are the problems/issues there patients are having and they kindly explain the causes of the problems etc. All that been said,they're one of the best and cleaness medical center in town no doubt about it.😊🤗

As they say, location, location, location!! Trinity Medical is the only reliable facility that is located at the right location and to top it off, is opened during the hours that are convenient for everyone. The doctors are patient and are proven to be very knowledgeable and versatile in their chosen craft. The only drawback for me is that this is not a 24 hour facility. Nonetheless, I am sure that given the man at the helm (Dr. S. A. Jones), this will eventually be possible. Keep up the good work everyone! The throng appreciates!

I have been attending this facility for over 3 years with my daughter I do everything at this facility regarding her health including her school medical.But believe I have the nurses that they have there customer service is very poor especially a slim dark looking one I have to ask her specifically what she is doing she doesn't communicate with me regarding what she is doing regarding my daughter's weight I have to ask her and as the time goes by I notice she has a attitude. I don't like changes but trust me if I have a next doctor office which would be convenient for me I would not attend this facility customer service is poor.A nurse is suppose to communicate with her patients and inform them of what they are doing are what they are about to do not even a good morning and introduction of herself i come to this facility like 3 to 4 times for the year and I don't know the name of the nurse just to show u !!!!!
