Most of the staff is awesome. Has a great view from the Medical Sciences building.

One of the best universities in Jamaica, with a wide array of courses from Bachelors to Masters degrees. They cater for all personalities , backgrounds and fields. The staff at the main office and bursary are always friendly and very helpful with my registration and general issues to the best of their ability. The lecturers are well trained and understanding, which helped me to achieve my best potential. There are lots of games, clubs, activities, events that the university offers, that not only students can attend but also the wider community. I highly recommend visiting it or attending this university If you intend to further your education. The campus is always well kept and groomed keeping up to the university standards.

The current UWI Mona Western Jamaica Carving is very easy to find and at a nice location. It is away from the congestion of Montego Bay but close enough for one to easily reach the necessary amenities. The campus continues to carve out a special place for itself in the development of the Western City.
