Negril Beach Club Condos

Beautiful beach and water, staff was ok. Loved the cute kitties! 😍

In 60 years I have never slept on a mattress and box spring on the floor until I stayed at Beach Club Condo. Furniture was old and outdated and I don't know why it had that old, heavy plastic on the bottom. Building A is right next to a parking lot but we had to walk from one side of the property to the other side and up to the 3rd floor because they were only using one gate. The only good thing about this property was there was AC throughout the entire unit, the almond trees were beautiful and it was right on the beach. I personally will never stay there again.

Stayed at the Beach Club and it was horrible. The owner was disrespectful after she promised a refund for a smoke filled room that we got. Then she instead gave us a partial refund. Her daughters were most disrespectful as well they all lived on the property stay away from this!!!! - For the person who asked what unit it was I don't know the Unit however the room was #E106, that the room that we couldn't stay in because of the heavy smell of smoke and when we spoke to the owner said night and asked what would it cost to add the person to one of our rooms she said she would not charge to add the friend to the room because she was inconvenienced however in the morning it was a different story even though she sold the room to another couple the same night.

My wife + I booked 12/26/20 for 12 nights & stayed 1 horrible night. We left the next day the place was horrible. Not too clean we even left our shoes on!!! NO HOT WATER ☹️☹️☹️☹️ MOLD COMING THROUGH THE CEILING, the refrigerator wasn't even plugged in.And we waited in the lobby for atleast 15-20 minutes while these young adults were appearing to.be busy at doing nothing. We left the next day and trying to get a refund on the balance. They will not return calls to Capital One and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY ARE SCAMMERS. There is a BIG PROBLEM HERE IN JAMAICA DO NOT BOOK HERE🇯🇲👎🏿👎👎🏼👎🏿👎👎🏼💥💥💥 We are diligently trying to get our refund balance. 3/14/21
