I went on a one week vacation from Toronto, Canada for my friend’s Birthday in Manchester, Jamaica. Unfortunately, I fell on the concrete and dislocated my arm. I was rushed to Hargreaves Memorial Hospital. My friends and I thought this was going to be an all-day event, because of the horror stories we hear about the island’s hospitals. Once we arrived, I was wheeled into the hospital in horrible pain. My friends checked me in and paid the bill which was surprisingly fair and I was wheeled away to a hospital room within 5 mins or less. My friends left me at the hospital to get me a change of clothes and get something to eat before what they expected a whole day affair. The doctor was waiting in the hospital room, asked me a few health questions gave me general anesthesia, put my arm back into place and called my friends to let them know I was ready to go home all before they could even get something to eat. I had never experienced such fast service in Toronto, Canada. The process did not take longer than 2 to 3 hours. I was soooo...... impressed. This was truly 5-star service. I will recommend this hospital to all me Canadian Travelers.

Doctor Comry is the most patient doctor i have ever seen. This doctor knows how to communicate with patient and family. Nurse Brown thanks for your empathetic nature and your care towards my mother. However some of the staffs are very rude and lack compassion. The overall care was expensive but worth every penny. Thank you
