Lionel Town Hospital

All I can say is WOW! Jamaican health care, specifically public health is really a sad story. I cannot understand how they have Cuban doctors that cannot speak fluent English and expect nurses to execute their jobs and for patients and their families to understand. You can see an overall lack of interest and care. It's truly a helpless situation and I feel it's due to low salaries and benefits. Please Ministry of Health, could you look into the public health facilities and how to improve patient care. PLEASE DO NOT LET THE NURSES MAKE YOU WASTE MONEY ON TROP-1 TESTS! THEY ARE INCONCLUSIVE. DO THE PROPER BLOOD WORK REQUIRED.
