I have visited OEC on several occasions and I am fairly satisfied with their customer service. The facilities are satisfactory and they even have a training room that can be booked to host events.

Just called the office and spoke to Ms Brown. She was VERY helpful and took the time to guide me on the best way to approach my situation. I must say not the type of assistance I've received in past encounters with OEC. So Thank You Ms. Brown really appreciated your help.

Extremely poor customer service. EVERY time I've had the displeasure of talking to someone either on the phone or in person it's always LACED with attitude. From 20 years till now. It is backward. Come on OEC its time, strive to do better.
