I used to work with them so I know they offer excellent service, however, I recommend their tracking service to a friend of mine and his experience would have been good if the person who installed the tracker wasn't dishonest,,he broke something and then tried to glue it on, he went as far as pointing it out and asked if it was ok,,it's only sad that my friend didn't notice it same time.

Good customer service is hot and cold or rather it is inconsistent. One day you will experience a great agent and technician the next day you might not be so lucky. Personally i think the company is changing for the worst, they are very unresponsive as it relates to alerts added to that some of the capabilities that i use to get free they now want to charge you for.
