Fairview Medical and Dental

The receptionist for the dental office , my word she is so rude and lack basic customer service etiquette , I visited on the 16 of march and let me tell its the first I ever experience such terrible customer care service at Fairview med she is very dismissive and not courteous anyway shape or form . On the 17th I had to interact with her 3 times over the phone and she keeps hanging up the phone mid conversations , she needs to be placed in the back of the office , she cannot be the one assisting customers daily or else your business is going to suffer extremely . I even called back and ask her why she keeps hanging up the phone . Her nonchalant tone , and her dismissive behavior is the worse I've come across in the medical field . I have no problem with the dentist and the assistant they are wonderful at every visit and because of this lady I now have to reconsider if I want to come back there . I do not want to interact with this individual ever again even if it means to find another dentist .

I had an awesome dental experience with Dr. Spence. He was very friendly and thorough. He walked me through every step of my extraction. I was very nervous about doing an extraction after hearing how “painful” it could be. I didn’t even feel a thing. He made it so easy. Definitely will return to see him. I fact he may very well become by dentist officially. Kudos to him! 😬

Hello everyone, I don't normally do reviews but when I tell you that Dr. Angela Davis (Podiatrist)is the absolute best person believe me. I came for a foot issue on January 31,2020 and the way the woman treated me with the absolute respect and care I have never experienced before, maybe only my OBGYN comes close. She is professional, courteous(must be all that English Tea)and her smile is infectious. She is intelligent and well knowledgable about her field. Please, if you're having any foot issues go see her, you won't regret your visit. Oh, the office is very comfortable, I got so carried away I forgot to mention that.

So this place applies a surcharge when a credit card is presented for payment. Surcharges are not permissible in Jamaica under the Payments Association. I saw a Gynae there and no follow up was done. Mark you the gynae visit was great, I felt appreciated. I called to discuss and was told by the Operator that I have to make an appointment to come in. She was unapologetic or empathetic. I am no longer in Mo Bay, I live and work in Manchester. What the heck. The general practitioners are excellent Dr Fielder, Dr Sosa and another lady can't remember her name. On registering at the front desk your data sheet is left exposed so other patients walking up can actually pry. I did speak with the doctor about this in my visit.

I visit on the September 19,2018 ,saw the doctor told him that I can't take any medication with penicillin in it,went to the pharmacy and go home,at 10:00 I took the pills two hours later I could not breathe properly and started to swelling, I went back to the office see anther doctor go a injection to take the poison out of my body, then the nurse wanted money ,so I told them no it was their doctor who misdiagnosed me,anyway I contact the manager and she said she will have a doctor to contact me all now no one have call me ,its so sad I could loss my life and nothing for it,but my God saved me,Thank you Jesus.
