Blue Paloma Bed And Breakfast

The owners of Blue Paloma made us feel very welcomed, from the moment that we got there. The bed and breakfast is in a luxurious space, and the staff are wonderful - I can't say this enough! They go all out to help you, and make you feel comfortable. You can sit poolside or hang out in one of the living spaces. Everything was so well-planned. I have already started to tell my friends that if they go to Jamaica they should stay here. I look forward to going back!

Blue Paloma is an excellent choice for tourists visiting Lucea! It is a large property with beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. It is great for pictures, very relaxing, and the staff are AMAZING! Their guest rooms offer amenities such as a flat screen TV, air conditioning, and all guests have FREE access to Wi-Fi throughout the property. Overall I had a very relaxing stay, especially during these times. It was a blessing to get away from home and wake up to a piece of paradise every day. I had such a great experience at Blue Paloma and I hope to travel here again soon!

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. I was VERY nervous about visiting due to COVID but they went above and beyond my expectations. Andrea was very helpful during the booking process answering my questions about COVID and new sanitary measures that they have put in place. Once we arrived, there were several signs throughout the house (inside and outside) reminding people of procedures. And they had sanitation stations around to use. There were a lot of common areas, that I never had to share space with anyone outside of my party (though during normal times, it would have been great to meet up in one of the many living areas). Overall, the staff was amazing! This was some of the best customer service that I have encountered in any of my travels. Trish did a great job cleaning our room during the week. Chef Greg made DELICIOUS breakfasts, and there were so many options to choose from everyday. My daughter is usually a picker eater - but she ate his meals and often requested seconds. I appreciated having authentic Jamaican breakfasts (porridge, callaloo, etc) but my husband appreciated the American breakfasts (french toast, eggs, pancakes, etc) so there is something for everyone to eat. (And the tea was delicious - I wish I could have bagged it up and brought it home with me). And Robert was SO patient and kind when we had questions. Finally, Andrea worked with me to plan some fun events for our group considering the circumstances. For example, my cousin was getting married but we didn't get to celebrate together due to COVID. Andrea helped us plan a mini surprise wedding shower for her during the trip, complete with a beautiful banner and delicious hors d'oeuvres. We had an outdoor movie night once. And we had a wonderful 5 course dinner on our final night. This was a great vacation and I can't wait to go back when the world is more normal in order to fully enjoy the island.

Very cool and tranquil atmosphere. This is the perfect getaway to just unwind and relax. Excellent staff. Big up Chef Greg, Miss Opal and Robert. Definitely a must stop in western Jamaica.
