When you talk about exceptional customer service and Agents that go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy, that's Rapid True Value!!!!! One Supervisor I must point out is Miss Marrion Miller, she made my day. Truly appreciate the service she gave!!!!! Simply Awesome. Plus I'm getting my tiles at a great price. Happy Customer:-)

Good store for house and job needs. Prices are reasonable, especially for some light LED fixtures I was looking. Paid 16240 JMD for a dozen of them. Great price and I am going to install in my new apt. There is also sufficient space behind to accommodate a remote control receiver !

Great hardware store with a great selection of items. You can walk the aisles to make your selections like stores in the US

Will never ever enter this shop again - ZERO Customer Service and the cashiers have no overview who is next in line - they just recently lost one of their best employees to National Supplies - the shop I will utilize for my DIY Projects from now on

I had needed some assistance with the location of some products, which came rather quickly. Particularly in the lighting area, spoke to this male rep who related he was somewhat new but he was exceptional and displayed true professionalism. I wished him all the best. Always nice shopping @ RTV Fairview
