University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC)

The security greeted me and assisted me to the area I intended to visit, after which I when to the intended department, waited in line which took roughly 5 minutes, because the person attending to me was also answering online calls. I had a fairly good experience.

I have been waiting on a refund for a course since June 2020. The only thing I can be told since September/October when they finay say the cprrespondence is that it has been sent to the bursary and that I should check my account. Asked for the details of the refund since the start of this year. That's when they've stopped responding. Just be mindful of any course cancellations or withdrawals.

I absolutely love it, the beauty, the cleanliness and the staff. Above all the quality of lecturers. I recommend this institution to all.
