Prompt Response. 2/10 Customer Service I've always heard that Travelr was a good option for chartered taxis, maybe I just got the worse. Thank God the ride was only about 6 minutes because the driver wanted badly to argue over the phone when I tried to explain he passed me twice when looking for my pick up location. I was trying to explain that I'd walk out to the end of the road since he was having difficulty. Thankfully I know that a soft answer turneth away wrath (and was able to physically bite my lips) because trust mi!!!! I nearly done him out deh! I'll use the company again but will not be using the grown man with the struggle ponytail in his neck back.
