The WORSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT DRIVE AND CUSTOMER I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE. I would never ever ever recommend this service to anyone. If I had seen these reviews I wouldn’t have taken their transportation. First they gave me wrong information for the departure time. So I was basically in Kingston from 5:27am waiting outside for a bus that they said would leave at 5:45am, which real departure time from Kingston to mandeville is 6am. I kept calling the number while I was outside waiting to ask if the office was gonna open. The office was open at 6:08am for bus that should be leaving at 6am. The bus didn’t leave until 6:20am. Nothing about the team and drivers are professional. The drive to mandeville was horrible!!!!!!!!!!! I was just praying to reach safe. You guys need to do better.

Today was my first time using this service and they were very professional and accommodating. They are a new company, formerly just a car rental agency which has expanded to include the current shuttle service. I must say that I am pleased.

Friendly front desk attendants. Secure location. Restaurant and gift shop next door.

Outdated website and poor customer service. They post times on their website for trips that no longer happen. You only find out that the trip is cancelled when you get to the office expecting to go, and they aren’t even apologetic about it. Real “patty-shop” operation. Extremely displeased.
