JN Bank

I used the dropbox to deposit $500 us into my account. The bank only deposit $200 out the $500. But me and dem rassclaat a mawning

They display wonderful customer service but the i put 4 stars because we have to stand in the sun infront the bank to listen for numbers. If there was a was they could shield us from the. Burning morning sun it would be great

JN bank has now put in place an audio ticket system with a seating capacity of approximately 12 persons,that has made the experience much easier for customers . Kudos to JN banks managers and tellers( Old Harbour Branch that is)

I have been trying my best to work with this branch since May 2019. On every occasion each month since then it has been a most unpleasant experience of wanting in lines just to say what my need/issue is after which i must again join another waiting line to actually get to a rep to start looking about my issue. I mow feel like this branch finds additional restrictions for me each time i go there. It had been nothing short of a PAINFUL UNBEARABLE WAITING ROUTINE everytime and i will never want to to any business with them after today.

My sister send me some money through the drop box before 9 am until now no money in my account. Jn is the worst
