NCB Constant Spring Bank

I visited NCB Constant Spring to keep an appointment last week. I went directly to the bank officer desk, as he personally came to the door to escort me inside. He quickly went through the process of my transaction and was out of there in record time. So not the norm! Thank you sir! I went back to work feeling so relieved.

We should be able to deposit more than $150k per day at the ATM

Every time I come to NCB it reminds me why I don’t do any form of personal banking with them. Their customer service is terrible. Workers are respectable and knowledgeable, but I don’t think Operations and Production Management is something that is practiced or has even been practiced here. Big ole MONDAY there are ONLY TWO customer service reps. I just ALWAYS have this issue. NCB is just too slow for me!! I Also think that during Covid they should have more agents, so the bank doesn’t get packed while waiting on just TWO reps again on a MONDAY!

Had to loose a days salary because of inefficiency. There are 7 Teller booth and only 2 tellers. It makes no sense whatsoever to enter this bank to do business. It's like they don't even care about there customers. That's why I handle my business Bank of Nova Scotia, it's way much better than that and I won't even loose a dollar. NCB Constant spring SUCKS!!!!

When the drive thru is operational it is very convenient especially in such precedented times.
