I'm disappointed at the poor service and too much run around. Everyday is something else constantly changing requirements. Barita Investment is a much better place by far. The officers there showed interest in you doing business with them.

JMMB is in over their head. They do not have the capability to deal with their clients flow. Their customer service is very poor in terms of their delivery of service needs. I think JMMB only care for persons who have certain amount of money in their accounts. I had high expectations for them , but maybe it was bad for me to have those quality expectations.

I just want to recognize & thank Ms. Roselee for displaying good customer service. I am in the abroad & had to phone JMMB money transfer 3-4days back to back in regards to my transactions & it got so frustrating to the point I just felt like crying because there's not much I could do & also due to the nature of my situation & it was a situation where all it took was discretion to be used but it wasn't until I asked for a supervisor & she used hers. Being in customer service, that's all it takes sometimes. Once again, thanks Roselee!

I experience the worst customer service ever. I’m living abroad and trying to open an account, they would either put me on hold for extremely long hours till my credit finish and won’t even call back. Different representatives of the bank telling me totally different things (about the same problem). When I send an email they either won’t reply or reply whenever they feel. They said it’s easy at JMMB but that so wasn’t the case for me.
