I usually have a straight forward interaction. No issues I can think of.

customer service was “ok”, I came one day and spend almost four hours and had to leave. When I finally came back I took forever just to get through, I would definitely recommend that if you have any business with NCB don’t visit the three miles/Hagley Park branch

Agents are slow and even when there are a not a lot of persons in lines, it eventually ends up to be long lines.Agents are leisurely and some times only one person is working for several minutes

You try to call all the numbers provided for the Hagley Park Road branch and they are all no longer in service. You try to use the main switch board for the company to contact them and not even that is answered. Service were sloppy in comparison to the New Kingston and Matilda's Corner branch
