NCB Towers

Place of multiple business and government entities. The north tower facilitates a call centre. It is also the location of the resource centre of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF). The finance branch of the JCF that facilitates payment for doing criminal records.

Big up and many thanks to Hodell A. of JNCB who assisted me on 09/05/2019 with my online problems when two other CSRs could not. It appears the two other CSRs sat at their cubicles throughout my calls, while Hodell A. got up and into action and was able to provide exceptional customer service. Continue making JNCB's customers happy my friend.
