Machines are always having hardware problems, what's the sense of having intelligent machines that can only dispense cash

Extremely poor customer service. Just awful

It's been horrible since Covid

Not sure what is happening at your Linstead Branch but something needs to be done. The customer service there is non existent and to make matters worst, when you call "customer service" your calls is disconnected when they're not reaching the branches you request.
