Recently visited the New Kingston branch to do an update, i thought the process would be long but in no time was assisted by a very polite female Amoy Barrett, i told her i would prove my appreciation by more than just saying thank u last week.Really the best and very professional, big ups JN

Have been calling this place for days now and can't get an answer.

I’ve been calling the telephone for 1 week none stop an can’t get an answer, does membership matter smh

There was actually no teller working. I was standing in the line for almost half hour without moving. Then I was told that the system is down.
