National Commercial Bank (NCB)

Its always great for me. Never had no bad experience there. The staff are great and helpful. But my problem is that they are closing most of the small branches in the neibourhood that helps lots of the elders and pensioners. And when you get to the big branch there is too much people and less persons to help out. So everything takes longer.

I want to thank customer service. Especially the worker named Steven, I don't remember his last name. Excellent service and courtesy.

This bank can operate better than it is currently operating, at any one time there is too few tellers to handle the people requests, on another occasion I wanted to speak with a loans officer, I waited nearly 2hrs and the loans officer allowed someone to skip me, then I was told that the bank is closed and I needed to leave... I accomplished nothing that day, worse customer service hands down.

the worst ever, i mean i am looked out of my online banking and nothing that i entered was invalid, i proceed to get a hold of customer service and nothing, swear I'm world's beyond over you people.
