The security guards there were very polite, I did a same day transaction and from the first security right until the last one in the evening it was very first class. The customer service from the customer counter was fantastic. It was just overall a 100% good day. Season greetings to all the staff there and I wish that every government agency in Jamaica would reach your golden standard. Big up stay safe in the pandemic.
I was very impressed by their online system. I was able to renew my adult passport online - add the requisite information, upload a photo and even pay online. After a week or two I was informed it was ready for pick up. As I arrived I was ushered inside to collect my documents in less than 5 minutes.
The only drawback is the fact that they offer no parking for customers. And this was not relayed anywhere until I turned to into the driveway. It's difficult to back out unto Constant Spring Road
Online service is excellent!! The service is on par or better than some first world countries
The process was tedious but the customer service agents not helpful. One particular lady/Supervisor Yallacia Waysome, refused to assist and offer solutions to complete the passport. Her dismissive manner needs her to be empathic to her customers.
I went to the Montego Bay office and they had really good customer service. They made the whole process so easy even with COVID and everything.
