Contacted them via facebook to find out about their service. They were very prompt in responding and providing the number I should call. Called the number and spoke to a gentleman who told me he would call me back with a time to visit my premises for an inspection... he never called back. Messaged the facebook page to complain about this and the person on the other end, again responded quickly, and said they would pass my details and I will be called within an hour. FOUR DAYS LATER... no call
