A wedding is a very intimate occasion and selecting the right providers is of utmost importance... When I was on the hunt for the right dress, I had instant connection with TERRY!!! Before Petals & Promises we had visited numerous other places. Terry was by far the most friendly and genuine person we met. The dress selection at Petals is Awesome! I loved every dress I tried and on that first visit, we found the perfect dress...The icing on the cake for me was having her at our wedding. She ensured I was fitted properly in my gorgeous dress and I am forever thankful for her thoughtfulness😊😊😊

Can I give this zero stars? Customer service from start to finish was so horrible. We arrived 3 mins before appointment time, no sign to say the place is at x. We called an asked for the exact location, she said number 5 and just hung up... entrance to the building itself wasnt very obvious. And for the fitting, though I didnt go in the experience that my fiance had was so horrible she came out saying never will she go back there, even if she had found a dress... Tone, gesture and willingness to respond...
