Simone and her team are excellent! Good customer service is hard to find but The Giftery has AMAZING customer service. I had never heard of The Giftery before but thanks to a Google search for businesses that sell gift baskets I found them and the gallery blew me away. I had no idea where to start though so I called and right away Simone was super helpful. She listened to what I wanted, my budget, the personality and likes of the person the gift was for and helped me tailor the box in such a way that it was spot on! My other half LOVED his Birthday gift! Communicating was a breeze, they delivered when they said they would, even the delivery driver was so pleasant and professional. 10/10 would recommend and order from them in the future. They completely understand the importance of giving the perfect gift to your loved ones.
