Well stocked supermarket , very clean .Cashing the items I picked up was a chore , took a long time and the lines were not long. Some items the prices quoted on the shelf were different from the prices at the cashier. The supervisor and cashier were unconcerned about my problem . All Covid-19 protocols strictly observed and the security guards were very pleasant.

Clean especially in these times of mass infection, death and hysteria. People are adhering to the rules and do not appear frenzied. Staff members are calm as well very reassuring.

Hilo is my go-to supermarket for fruits and vegetables. They always have a great selection of fresh and varied choices.
