I like this location. It is central and the layout flows beautifully. They offer a wide selection with different price points under each category, so there's something for everyone (see photos). The lines are long at times so it's best to use online payment options. Staff is knowledgeable and empowered.

I shop at Courts over the years. Early December I bought a washer which turned out to be a lemon. The wait times to speak with Customer Care is too long. I got an exchange today hopefully I can now wash. So all is now well and I thank both ladies who asdisted me this morning.

Courts has a wonderful selection of goods but you know what I value most is the service and the credit possibilities. Chrismore Bryan is the best sales agent. He's always busy but gets you to feel that you're in the right place and you feel confident and comfortable that you made the right choices.

Great service! I was standing there looking at stoves trying to decide what to get and a staff member came up and assisted me. Ended up purchasing a stove and a fridge in half an hour

Horrible service. I’ve been waiting for my purchase for a month now. I ordered a stove on Black Friday Nov. 27 and was promise 2 day shipping. Over a week later I called to find out what’s going on, they said the order was canceled and refunded and they don’t know why. I placed an order for the same item on Dec.9 over they phone and the rep ensure I will get my delivery. 3 days later they delivered and bent and broken stove. The drivers brought the damaged stove back to the warehouse ensuring I will get a brand new one by the end of that week. On Dec16 I called again to find out why my order wasn’t delivered the rep said the item is out of stock. And will be back in stock the next week. I asked to speak to a supervisor but she wasn’t available so Scarlet (the supervisor) would call me back later in the day. I never got a call. I called AGAIN on Dec 22 to follow up. The rep told me that my item was assigned to a driver and will be out for delivery the very next day. She told me to look out for the phone call. Dec.23 no delivery. So I called once more. The rep said the item is out of stock there is nothing she can do and she can have her supervisor call me back because she was unavailable at the moment. Once again I have not received any calls or solution from this supervisor Scarlet. Worst experience in my life. This was to be given To my mom as a Christmas gift and almost a month later no one is able to help me. Terrible. I will never shop at Courts again.
