At Sandwest Professionalism and Service surpasses expectations. Fitness programs are tailored to meet individual needs and overtime fitness becomes a lifestyle. There are periodic evaluation of established fitness goals and adjustments are made immediately in order to meet fitness targets. The service and environment at Sandwest Fitness is ideal for anyone who is serious about a lifestyle change. It’s so much more than just personal training, the staff keeps you motivated and goes above and beyond to assist you to achieve your goals. Also, because of their appointment system, it’s never crowded - this is a major plus for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
