The staff are courteous. Place is clean and well maintained. You may have a wait though for medical attention given the current circumstances

Not true on appointment timing, very very bad. Very rude receptionist they don't know how to talk to people at all and always slamming down phone in your ears, very poor customer service smh. They need better training. Other than that the Doctors are ok.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I called a month ago to make an appointment to see an ENT specialist. Person gave me a date for November 27th at 2 pm. After waiting a month and struggling with sinusitis I called back a day before to confirm the appointment. All the person on the phone would say is "The ENT will not be in office until the 4th" and hung up. Absolutely rude! Never again. These people aren't ready.
