Sparkle Dry Cleaners & Laundromat

The only thing I like about this place is the fact that you can get the service of a laundromat/ dry cleaner here. Firstly, the staff has no care about customer service. Particularly, the lady who is at the location on a Sunday. When you enter the location she pretends as if you are not there and whenever you try to address her, her responses are very rude (note, this is my experience more than once). I guess she is very unhappy with her job. There is another taller lady at the location and she is more pleasant. Secondly, if you wish to do your own laundry you may have to wait a bit, especially depending on the time you go. This is due to the fact that you have about 7 washers (about 3 are out of service) and the staff prioritize loads that are dropped off (I guess due to the fact that they make more money from that). Lastly, sometimes you might experience a problem getting a parking spot at the location. In my option, you would have a better experience at Majestic Laundromat which is within the same area. The facilities are way better and so is the staff.
