It was ok, just a little clustered. Prices are affordable. The large driers can dry a whole lot of clothes at once and removes all the lint. The washers cleaned my clothes and removed deodorant marks completely.

I know you might read other reviews and see 3 to 5 stars with good comments. Which is the same reason why I started to wash with this Laundromat. At first the service was okay, who gets customer service without an attitude here and there in Jamaica anyway. And no I did not give and attitude just simply asking a few questions. After having some clothing items go missing and asking about it, since I used the drop off service, and getting them back after a while I guess they got annoyed that I was asking for my items back. I started to wash my laundry myself which in a very typical Jamaican fashion the staff would start gossiping. When washing the laundry they would help with adding the soap, which to my surprise they didn't use all the soap, I say surprise because I don't get the remaining soap after it's used. Basically half a bag of soap if not more is what they have been holding back each week for almost 3 months. This was really the last straw. I didn't receive an honest service.
