Supercleaners - Sovereign Centre

Rip off. Gave them a Ralph Lauren dress to clean to remove two spots; only to get it back and the spots are still there. The lady said, we told the person dropping off that we could not guarantee the removal of the stains - they did not want to put chemicals on it. So my question is, if you do not want to put chemicals on it and I took it there specifically for the stains, what did you use to try and remove the stains???? I took the dress home, tapped oxyclean on it and voila - stains gone!!! I am going for a refund!
