Ten-O-Let Car and Carpet Care

They flood one of my car and said it seems my car is leaking because I saw water in my car. After it was reported to me I checked and realized the water was fresh and clean. I further went and put it on a ramp to find the entry/exit point of the water and there was none. I had to use sponge to get out the water out of the car. I also had other issues with some of my other vehicles that I sent there for cleaning. Overall poor customer service and some of the employees dont take in doing their job properly.

TEN O LET did a excellent job on the interior of my car. It was so dirty smelling pretty good now. I will recommend. Wish they had a parker service area though, parking is tight.
