The place is pretty clean, has a pool and looks well kept. Rooms are decent for the cost. $4500 for the night.

Its has a warm feeling, spacious and comfortable, I loved it there.

Very bad review because customer service is awful the showers does not work properly the sheets on the bed are made of a very low quality fabric they don't follow covid-19 guidelines the staffs and management are rude especially the security guards. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Its a good place to go and chill out.

Clean and feels safe, even though it isn't located in the greatest neighbourhood of Kingston. The reason for 3 stars is broken and leaking toilet in the room and also no shower head lol
