Strawberry Hill

YES, the food was good, it was quiet and the Covid protocols were maintained throughout. The staff was truly amazing- well mannered, responsive, and kind. But Strawberry Hill's real competitive advantage is an amazing view, and its counter pointed by the cultural context of photographs of Jamaica's biggest reggae stars. The only thing I didnt do was to sample the Blackwell Rum, that's for the return trip.

This is a magical place. I’m giving it 5 stars for the service, comfort, views, wonderful staff but I agree with others that the food could be better and then it would be perfect!

Great environment, service and food.

I have been hesitant about writing a negative review for such a beautiful place. Unfortunately, my experiences are unpleasant to say the least. Since March 20, 2020 I've been seeking a refund. To this date, it remains unresolved. That's after 15 emails, many unanswered calls, and working with 5 different employees. It was soooo fast to collect the money and soooo long to return it. I understand that Covid-19 plays a factor; however, communication sucks and responses are vague. Bad business senses.
