Four Seasons

Quiet hotel that's close to the heart of Kingston. Rooms were clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are serviceable if a bit on the firm side.

Nice place friendly staff

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel it was recommended to me by my cousin who has stayed here on numerous occasions. Our room was lovely perfect for our needs with the all essential air conditioning. The hotel grounds were well kept. To be honest the hotel is in a great location it didn't seem far from anywhere. Customer service was excellent (and this is an understatement). Staff were lovely friendly yet professional and they1 couldn't do enough for us. In particular Doyen Baker.. who appeared like a genie out of nowhere whenever needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble Amazing. When i visit Jamaica again, I'll definitely be coming back here. Can't praise this hotel enough. Thank you.

The service was good, adequate secured parking facilities and rooms are standard. The food is consistent with a wide variety of choices. Be careful at the outside dining area, cats tend to come around. (just in case you don't like cats)
