I ordered some base paint almost 2 weeks ago so I could get my colour match mixed. When I turned up at the shop I spoke directly to the manager. She told me she was not present in the shop last week so did not know if the base paint was ordered. She said she would find out and let me know. She then served another customer. I sat waiting in the shop for the next 10 minutes. The manager emerged with her handbag and walked past me without saying a word. When she had left the shop I walked after her and challenged her. I asked about the paint. She then said she didn't know if the paint had been ordered. I was shocked to see that this manager did not know if paint had been ordered as in the past she would normally do this. She did not appear to be concerned with customer relationship nor did she check the system to see if that paint had been ordered. Furthermore this was a base white paint so would normally be in stock. Poor service I think and a disregard for the customer.

Cramped space at the outlet and the colour strips were very dusty. They, however have a wide selection of paint colours. I went to look at grey colours and I was left confused due to the wide variety of shades to choose from ☺. See image for a few of the shades available.
