Friendly and courteous staff! Got the opportunity to meet with the owner. Very sweet lady! The job was done promptly and other issues unknown to me were addressed as well.

Too many excuses for why the job wasn't complete 3 months later. Note that they were working on a small bathroom and the delay wasn't due to volume of work but the inability of the owner to find suitable workers to come back and finish the job they started. When she finally sent someone they did a sloppy job and now I'll have to hire another company to correct the mess they made.

I don't normally give 5 stars in a review because I believe there is always room for improvement. However, the service I got from Hayles Plumbing today was excellent. Between the time I called the office with my problem and the arrival of the plumbers and completion of the job it was less than an hour and a half. Thankfully the plumbers were already in the area on another job. The office called me back to give me an estimated time when the plumbers would arrive (they arrived within the time). They were very courteous, professional in the way they did their job and they were easily identifiable (their shirts had the company name). They fixed the problem in no time. I was very satisfied. Thanks Norbert and Norman, you did well. In these hard times it is always so refreshing to receive good customer service when you are spending your hard earned money. I definitely will use Hayles plumbing services again and will refer them to my friends and family. Keep up the good work. God Bless.
