I when there to buy some plumbing supplies and I could not get a 1/2 PVC "T", neither could I get a tap for a face basin. I am like seriously, those items are so basic. Who is managing the inventory

H&L surely has a wide variety of building materials, home goods and Tools. Customer service is efficient and effective. H&L also does great with reasonable pricing and supporting discounts...great staff, great experience!

For such a big place, there is hardly any parking for customers who drive. The location isn't too pedestrian friendly either as Spanish Town Road is a very busy thoroughfare especially where they are located, just after you exit the Mandela main road. They don't always have some basic hardware items in stock. Some items are overpriced in my opinion. That's what I think. Customer service is okay. Sometimes the service is slow. It's an okay place.
