Areas to improve on. Allow the staff who give good customer service to be tipped by the customer. Stop looking over the staff with Eagle eyes, they are human beings that need to earn, just like owner earns? The menu could also do with a uplift with options around lamb dishes. The wine menu needs to be cleaned, It's sticky on all the pages. The owners attaured needs to be mirrored my the duty manager and the staff. Quick service, welcoming on entry. And awareness of clients moods.

Nirvanna is one of my favourite restaurants. The food is extremely tasty I love Indian cuisine and I especially love when it is done right. I reccomend this restaurant to my friends all the time. Needless to say I have been here several times. I keep forgetting to take pictures of the food when I go there. I'm always quick to start eating.

Nice Indian restaurant. The cashew was omitted from my vegetarian dish on arrival and I had to call the waitress' attention to that fact. I got some cashew brought to me in a container... My food was very good. My sister and daughter didn't enjoy theirs. Don't know what it tasted like though... They were really in love with the pinacolada! I took note is this covid 19 era that we were not sanitized before entry into the restaurant. Mind you there was sanitiser in a bottle on the table, but everybody had already handled the chairs they sat on etc. Not good... Hope it is an anomaly and not the norm.

Serene environment. Tasty food. Quantity size a bit small though but good customer service

The food was very good, the service was good , but could have been a little better, the waitress was not pleasant at all. I dont know could be Covid fatigue.
