Everyone nice. waiting area clean. Ppl Professional. Haven't done any procedure just bought a product soo no comment on that until then they good.
The receptionist was extremely polite. I am not sure if I liked the surgeon. He did not seem to understand my situation very well but was quick to lay out the fees.

Worst customer service ever the doctors are very nice however the personnel at the front desk are terrible no communication took place between the doctor and secretary and I wasted my time going to the appointment which was not booked also they are yet to call for a follow up appointment very dissatisfied .
