Day two of my manicure and the polish is almost completely gone already. The nail polish seems to be old or cheap and the colour options are minimal. The application was a bit off as well, as some of my nails seem to have a far thicker coat than the rest.
Tore off my skin just to wax my eyebrows! But before we even got to my eyebrows she was unprofessional and very rough during my Brazilian wax, even stating that she knows she won’t see me come back again. Then to top it all off, the lack of customer service at the reception desk is unbelievable. I went there having purchased a coupon so it was as my first time going there...they didn’t even ask me how my session went. They just asked for the Gustazos coupon code and then told me “that’s it”.
Expected much better from them and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
Disappointing. Therapist was 2 hours late for my waxing appointment. Additionally, her technique was awful (very painful) and the waxing was poorly done. The persons at the reception desk were pleasant and helpful. I would not recommend.
