Adam & Eve Day Spa

The receptionists were very courteous and even when I called to make the appointment they were warm and accommodating. Good customer service is a big plus for me. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. I wasn't even tired but I felt like I could just fall asleep in the waiting area as the seats were so comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. There was also adequate parking. I was offered a complimentary drink (water, orange juice or Bailey's) and I was given a tablet to fill out my details. I did a manicure and a pedicure and I was satisfied with my service. I would visit again.

My apologies, I would've selected a one star rating by accident. I truly believe that you deserved a 5 star. I got a gift certificate which had covered a particular service and I wanted to do another service which would allow me to pay extra out of pocket. I asked so many questions in regards to the prices that my technician had to call to check what could be done about 3 times. Someone came in directly and advise me that they were going to check and they did come up with a fee that was manageable for me. I really appreciated the gesture as I was not expecting that at all. My technician was such a sweetheart, she suggested a few things and also asked me to confirm if I was satisfied with the shape of my nails. I don't remember her name now but I'll call her "D". Thank you for your patience as I am not easy to please. PS. the only thing that bothered me was the sound of the flute and that's just a personal complaint as I'm always on the go and not used to being relaxed but I'm certain that on my next visit I will learn to appreciate the sound.

These people truly have a chip on their shoulders. I would seriously advise everyone to stay far away. I expect kindness and professionalism when spending so much money. You won't find it at this establishment. Please do yourself a favor and try another spa.

As my birthday comes to a close, let me take the time to commend the staff and management. I was treated to professional service in a relaxing setting. The experience was above par as I was able to laugh and feel comfortable. To top it off I was surprised with a song, sweet treat and well wishes prior to departing. As fate would have it a fellow patron was also celebrating her birthday and just to say I hope to look just as young when I too am blessed to get that envious age. Keep up the excellent work Team Adam& Eve! I will be back for more!

Poor customer service. I had a 2:00pm appointment for which I arrived on time. I did the necessary registration and was asked to have a seat. I waited for over 75 minutes and none of the representatives offered any updates. I asked twice to get an update and was told that the technician was setting up the station - the interval between both was 25 mins. I was finally obliged . The poor customer service continued when I went to settle my bill which was quoted to me when I called to make the appointment. To my surprise, I was told a different amount . I tried to explain what I was told, but yet again, my voice was obviously unimportant. I paid the new amount and was promised that my receipt would have been emailed to me. The receipt was indeed received, however, the items listed were not a true reflection of the services I should have paid for. I immediately emailed the company to inform them of my observations and requested a correct receipt with a clear description of the additional services along with the additional charges. I waited for 2 days without a response after which I called. I was promised a call back within an hour- this was not received until several hours after. I am yet to receive the receipt with the correct costs of the additional services. The 1 star is for the technicians but service is clearly zero.
