Cockpit Country Adventure Tours

Did 4 tours with Ainsworth and co so far. Two cave adventures and two treks. Last year we did the burnt hill trail and this year we did the very infrequently trekked an all day Troy Windsor trail. While we got lost toward the end and ended up in Sherwood instead of Windsor it was great service from the guides headed by Ainsworth. Since the trail was over grown for over a year with no trekkers due to covid, the guides had to clear the trail for the most part. Tough work and a tough day for them. But they did it with a smile. They are knowledgeable and eager to please you. Please use their services if you ever want to trek the cockpit country.

Great guides, had an amazing all-day experience doing the little trafficked Troy-Windsor trail with Ainsworth and the rest of the guys. Knowledgeable about birds, ecology and geology, and kept us safe always. Highlight of our trip.

Great off-the-beaten-path adventure in Jamaica! I had a blast exploring caves in Cockpit Country with Ainsworth and the other guides. It was fascinating to learn about the history of Cockpit Country and to learn about the Maroons that used to use the caves in their wars with the British.
