Amstar DMC

I was in Jamaican for a wedding and the weddings guests were transported by Amstar. I had a really GREAT experience with them. Our driver, Orlando made a stop to a really good jerk chicken location; and even came back to our hotel when we forgot our coat in his vehicle. The most profound experience I had however was with Karen. When we returned to MJB airport the flight attendant informed me that the resort put the wrong DOB on my COVID-19 exam. I was in danger of missing my flight. That's when Karen, an Amstar representative came by and immediately recognized us. She asked if everything was okay, and I said no. Karen called her Amstar colleague at the resort and that rep ran to the nurses station to get the document corrected. Karen stayed on the phone with her colleague until the updated test was in my email. That's what I call EXCEPTIONAL service. This was not Karen's job, but she went out of her way to ensure the happiness of her customer. Thank you Karen and thank you Amstar Jamaica!

My friend and I had 2 excursions booked. One for horseback riding and the other was ziplining. I cliff jumped before the excursions and hurt my tailbone. Even though it took quite some time to get a refund, the Amstar team (specifically Sheena and Roxanna) stayed determined to provide great customer service and get the full refund for both of us. You're in good hands if you book excursions through them!

I booked a tour for Jamwest through Amstar and it was an amazing experience. 10/10 highly recommend. The Amstar representative was so kind and friendly, she made sure I fully understood everything in the your package. The pickup and drop off was on time and the interaction between the guide and tourist was phenomenal. Very professional and awesome customer service.

My friends & I booked Jamwest through Amstar & it was smooth sailing. Very professional coupled with awesome customer service. We did the zip line, safari tour, ATV tour & went horse back riding. I enjoyed all activities but most of all the ATV was my favourite. It just may be the best on the island! 5 stars to Amstar.

Amazing company to work for. They went above and beyond during the pandemic to take care of their employees. 👍
