Staff attentive and customer friendly.

This one of the worst bank when it comes to customer service. The manager hides from you. He lies, never follow through with nothing. Dont every has time for customers, not to mention the long wait. The man will not give me my mothers title. She is dead over 30 years. I paid off every penny since 1990, administrated on it and was given power but the guy refused to turn over the title to my lawyer. I cant stand him.

Wait time is extremely, extremely long and little to no assistance is given

This bank is one of the better banks to conduct business,a large staff to handle a compacted day,they are fast and efficient in handling your banking needs,the bank also have four ATM machines and two of the four will disperse US currency if need by the user. Parking is available across from the bank Monday to Friday on weekends at the side of the bank.
