Ocean Pearl Resort

The environment was lovely. They need to fix the water issue, as we had no running water for half of the day. There were only two staff members; including the security, at the front when my niece iphone went missing. The matter is being investigated as it was reported to the police.

Ocean Pearl Resort is a Great Hideaway for an unbeatable price. Its not a 5 Star resort but its very cozy bed and breakfast with staff members that treat your like family. Big up to Ms. Reid (chef)Her cooking is amazing. I attended a wedding that was catered by the hotel and the food was to die for. Thanks Ms. Francis (Manager) for being so welcoming. She had the brightest smile even at 2AM in the morning. Thanks again!

Ocean Pearl resort I had a brilliant experience I visited ocean Pearl at the end of February. It's in a nice location right on the beach just down the road walking distance from to food places which I visited and across the road from a supermarket if there's anything that you may need. The rooms were clean the towels were clean. Tre the ladies where lovely to deal with, there are four receptionist altogether. Pleasure to speak to, they made me laugh, they were very helpful. The security is good someone is around 24hours a day. Helpful team, I stayed this location alone and I met another solo traveller we were able to do some activities reccomended by receptionist Rebecca. She was extremely helpful & welcoming, it was easy to sort out she booked it for us. The lovley chef makes a beautiful ackee and saltfish & dumplings which were light fluffy. I've given it 4 stars because I would have preferred ackee and saltfish and dumplings everyday for breakfast, (Jamaican blood :-P) i sure did pester them about it😅😅 it was a mix of American and Jamaican. Our recent stay at Ocean Pearl resort was superb. Our stay began with our inquiries with front desk agent Carolyn even before we got there. She is guest centric and her customer service skills are unparalleled. Having arrived early we were facilitated an early check-in and a very warm welcome by agent Amarsha. This is not a 5-star hotel, but by comparison it is a 5-star resort mainly because of attention to details, personalized service, immaculately kept rooms and surroundings, lots of small things add up to our great experience at Ocean Pearl. Picture this…... one day it rained, heavy mist outside, while inside, lights were dimmed in some common areas but accentuated by warm flickering candle lights and a KNABE Piano sat in one of the common areas providing a touch of class and giving you a homely and nostalgic feeling. Breakfast was great. The Mackerel Rundown was carefully prepared in a creamy coconut sauce that was perfectly spiced. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectation. The staff at Ocean Pearl were extremely friendly and accommodating! This resort is immaculately clean inside out, and we will definitely be back and we definitely recommend it. Kerry-Ann Paul

Definitely a hidden gem! Staff is great. The chef, Ms Rose is very accommodating. Beautiful spot on the beach. Has a salt water and regular pool! Not crowded.. Great get away!!
