Nianna Eden Villa

Beautiful property with pristine and homely flair. Definitely a home away from home but with top tier service and facilities. Rose (the housekeeper) was amazing. Quiet but polite and very industrious. She definitely made us feel welcome and at home. I can’t wait to visit again.

Spent this past weekend here with my sis and family. Excellent layout, very relaxing and just ideal if you need to clear your head and enjoy your family. Rose the housekeeper was nice, friendly and quiet (winner). This place is fabulous, but bring your repellant.

Magnificent Property... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nianna Eden villa in Montego Bay. The pictures shown on the website is exactly what you will experience at the villa. Nianna staff is on the property 24hrs a day while you're on the property. We were greeted by Lorna the house manager. She showed us 4 out of the 5 rooms. She allowed us to choose which rooms to use. My guests and I utilized room 1 and and room 2. Both rooms had a king size bed. The beds were comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Each bedroom, comes with a key to lock the door when you're leaving the property. We did not notice any safes in the rooms to keep valuables.Room 1 has a more modern updated feel as far as the floors. The floors in room 1 were tiled. Room 2 the floors were concrete like. Those type of floors are hard to clean and the floor in room 2 appeared to be outdated.All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The common area/foyer is open and very large. Keep in mind, this area does NOT have air conditioning. There are ceiling fans located in this area to keep it comfortable. We kept the doors open for the breeze. At dinner time, we had to deal with flies coming into the foyer/dining area(this is normal for a tropical setting like Jamaica). The kitchen is very large and equipped with every pot and pan you can think of. The home also has plates, glassware, and cutlery for use. The pool area is very large. The home is equipped with a number of modern lounge chairs and modern patio furniture. The deepest part of the pool is probably 6-6.5ft deep. We were given beach towels. The pool was cleaned every morning during our stay. The home is surrounded by various fruit trees. We enjoyed a delicious pear(avocado) and june plum during our stay. We prepared our own meals so I cannot give a review of the chef. On day two, Victoria introduced herself as the housekeeper. Victoria consistently asked if we needed anything and asked if she could prepare breakfast for us. I asked Victoria about the 5th bedroom on the property. She gladly showed me the 5th room. It is secluded from the other rooms and it is modern and updated. At night, there is a security officer on the grounds to make sure you are safe. Unfortunately, I could not use the wifi internet during my stay.I had to utilize my American data plan while at the residence. The property has Sonos entertainment so I was unable to use it with my phone because the internet was not working. Jamaica is currently have issues with their internet throughout the island. This is not a negative reflection on the property. Our host Neena, reached out everyday during our stay. She was extremely nice and allowed us to view another air bnb property nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. My only recommendation would be is to update all the rooms and bathrooms to tile flooring. Also, maybe use a bluetooth based entertainment system to allow guests to use their phone for the surround system; especially when the internet is not working. I'll definitely book this villa again when in Jamaica. One Love
