Best customer service

I wanted to open an account. Royston Reid on the reception desk was brilliant. He gave me all the information I required including the best time to arrive. Account opened no problem. Staff are extremely courteous and polite. Best time to get there is between 8am-8.30am.

Always a great experience - fast & efficient tellers

The timeliness of customer service is the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. Today is January 3rd 2019. The time is 1245 pm. I’m attempting to open an account; I’ve been waiting in for over two hours and I still haven’t been seen. I’ve witnessed multiple unpleased customers walk out during this time because of the excessive wait time. This also seems to be a trend with this branch. This isn’t the level of service I expect from JN. Please fix this. ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!
